POOL SAFETY RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GUIDELINES FOR A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE SWIM

 

We kindly request that you familiarise yourself with the following pool safety rules, terms, and conditions prior to engaging in any swimming activities. Your adherence to these guidelines ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all users of our facilities.

Safety First

 

Please be aware that there is no lifeguard in attendance; swimming is at your own risk.

​

Session Details

Each session is allotted 55 minutes, allowing a 5-minute turnover period.

​

Water Conditions

The pool temperature is maintained between 28-30 degrees, with daily monitoring of temperature and water quality.​

​

Supervision and Skills

The pool is unsupervised, so ensure all users can swim confidently or are equipped with necessary swimming aids.

Non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible swimmer at all times.

​

Booking Guidelines

Bookings must consist of no fewer than two people.

We recommend that one adult doesn't swim alone with a child/children.

The guest who made the booking must be present during the session.

​

Personal Responsibility

Refrain from using the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

​

Facility Etiquette​

No smoking in the pool building.

Park in spaces marked 'Pool Hire Parking'.

​

Session Logistics

Only one or two cars per session are allowed.

Please arrive at the designated time; do not arrive before your time slot starts.

​

Hygiene Practices

Remove shoes before entering changing rooms.

Babies must wear waterproof nappies, and any mishaps must be reported immediately.

Remove jewelry and makeup before swimming.

Take a short shower before entering the pool.

Pool Rules

Do not bring food, drink, or toys to the pool.

No running, jumping, or diving into the pool.

​

Considerate Behavior

Keep noise to a respectable level in the pool and when leaving; we have neighbors.

​

Cleanliness and Exit Protocol

​Leave the pool clean and tidy.

Ensure changing rooms are left as found.

Report any damages or untidiness promptly.

Switch off lights in the pool and changing room upon finishing your session.

Time Management

Leave the premises within your allocated time slot.

​

Communication and Support

In case of any issues with water temperature, equipment, or unforeseen circumstances, we'll communicate promptly to discuss or reschedule.
